Leading AEMO’s national recruitment service across the business, your focus will be to provide a high level of service to both candidates and hiring managers. With best practice in mind you will manage all aspects of the recruitment process, build and maintain strong working relationships and drive team collaboration.
As a Senior Recruitment Advisor or Talent Acquisition Specialist you will thrive when given accountability to deliver a best practice end to end recruitment service. You will need to be adaptable, as this is a fast passed environment, your ability to flex and work within an ever-changing landscape without compromising your focus on quality will be critical to your success.
As an experienced recruiter, you will be passionate about building proactive and innovative talent sourcing and attraction solutions, methodical in your approach you will manage the day to day recruitment process and weekly reporting to the business. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and strong communication skills will be a required strength.
