We have an exciting vacancy in the Customer Insights team at our Support Office in Auckland. The Customer Insights team is responsible for ensuring the voice of the Countdown customer is heard by the business. Whether it’s through feedback on their store experience, through our till receipt programme, answering questions from our qualitative team members in store or giving their opinions through our online Customer Panel, we ensure that what the customer wants from us is a major factor in our business decisions.
Working in a close-knit Insight team within our Marketing department, your role will be to help execute a comprehensive programme of customer research and provide the wider business with thoughtful actionable insights.
This position will be accountable for executing all aspects of research, from managing internal stakeholders, recommending and designing research methods and presenting action plans to stakeholders based on your insights.
As a Senior Market Research Specialist you will build strong relationships with internal teams, demonstrating your sound knowledge of research methodologies to get the best results for our business. You will have strong attention to detail as well as excellent written and verbal skills and be confident in sharing your findings in an insightful way to large and diverse audiences.
Who should apply?
5 years' experience in a research environment, great relationship skills, high numeracy, analytical and writing skills are all essential. If you also have excellent time management skills and a strong focus on attention to detail, and a love of retail businesses, we want to talk to you!
