Join us at Dental Health Services Victoria as our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Dental Assistant Trainee and be part of a team making a difference in the community. By joining us, you will combine on-the-job learning with classroom study and complete a Certificate III in Dental Assisting.
We are looking for a trainee to join us for 15 months. Based at The Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne, your 15 month traineeship will include the following:
- Full-time employment throughout the duration of your traineeship.
- Payment of your course fees and text books.
- Mentoring support from our Aboriginal Liaison Officer.
Learning and development opportunities through rotation across our dental hospital clinics.
To join this great traineeship, you must be passionate about:
- Providing a service and support to your Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
- Improving your career after completing your Year 12 schooling.
- Closing the gap on oral health with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
