An exciting opportunity has been created for an experienced Team Leader Asset Protection and Permits to join our team at the City of Boroondara on a full time, ongoing basis.
Your role with us
Reporting to the Manager Asset Management, you will foster an efficient and effective permits team through building capability of existing and new team members.
- Effective management of permitting works on Council assets;
- Protection of public assets under the control of Council to minimise the impact of works by others on the community; and
- Ensure the delivery of timely and effective customer service;
To be successful in this role you will bring knowledge of relevant legislation and policies to enable service. You will bring experience in a relevant field of construction, engineering, or an organisation providing services to the general public. Your demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with an ability to motivate staff and build a high performing team will be critical to your success in this role.
