Based in Pukekohe, the Horticulture and Arable Specialist will be a natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders. By developing partnerships and leveraging established networks and connections, you will be someone who enjoys blazing your own path and is passionate about arable and horticulture production systems.
You will be responsible for the retention and growth of the business in the Pukekohe region with a horticulture focus. You will use your good planning skills and proactive approach to ensure that an effective customer contact program is adhered to. You will build strong networks and work with business partners, key influencer's and your Ballance sales team colleagues to deliver the desired outcomes.
To be successful in this role you will have;
- An affinity for the arable & horticulture sectors
- Resilience and the determination to succeed in a highly competitive environment
- A high degree of personal integrity and ability to demonstrate ethical behavior in all business activities
- A relevant tertiary qualification and knowledge in nutrient management is desirable
